CHALLENGE

A global hotel brand’s EMEA planning team—responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns across the EMEA region—struggled under the weight of manual processes and fragmented communication. Campaign details were tracked in Excel and PowerPoint, requiring constant updates, repeated file-sharing, and frequent status meetings to maintain visibility. There was no centralized platform, no shared source of truth, and no scalable way to collaborate across regions. The team needed a way to streamline campaign management, increase transparency, and make strategic decisions faster without adding operational burden to the team.

SOLUTION

We partnered with the international hospitality brand’s EMEA planning team to completely transform their campaign planning infrastructure by migrating all processes into Adobe Workfront. The initiative began with a full mapping of their workflow—5 key phases and more than 35 individual steps—ensuring the new system mirrored the reality of their day-to-day planning needs. From there, we built custom forms, templates, and workflows inside Workfront, powered by Adobe Fusion automation to ensure efficiency at scale.

To replace manual reporting and numerous slide decks, we developed 13+ custom reports with dynamic filters and tailored dashboards. These views allowed 9 cross-functional teams to instantly view, update, and prioritize over 110 campaigns in real time, without relying on static documents or repeated status calls.

RESULTS

The migration to Workfront fundamentally reshaped the team’s planning process, enabling a 75% reduction in time spent planning and prioritizing campaigns, freeing them to focus on strategy rather than administration. With automation replacing manual updates and real-time reporting replacing static files, the team now collaborates faster, plans smarter, and executes with far greater efficiency across all EMEA markets.
