Senior Product Designer — Application UX
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Full-time (Contract)
Block+Tackle is growing — new engagements, new clients, new complexity — and right now, the thing standing between "we landed the deal" and "we delivered on the mission" is someone whose full-time job is keeping every moving part in sync. That's this role.
You'll be the person who makes sure nothing gets lost in translation between our clients and our crew. When a dependency slips, you catch it before it becomes a fire drill. When the budget starts drifting, you're the one who saw it coming three weeks out. This isn't a role where you watch the mission from the sidelines — you're the one running comms from the command center, keeping every workstream pointed at the objective.
What the Work Looks Like
Facilitate client-facing calls and status meetings — you're often the first (and steadiest) voice a client hears when things are moving fast
Track dependencies, milestones, and updates across engagements, and communicate them clearly to clients and internal teams before they become surprises
Manage budget and burn across active engagements, flagging risk early rather than after the invoice
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams — architects, analysts, strategists — so everyone's rowing in the same direction
Own risk and scope management day-to-day: spot scope creep, flag it, and help the team course-correct before it derails a timeline
Serve as the connective tissue between what the client was promised and what the team is actually building
What You’ll Need
3+ years of project management experience
Direct, hands-on experience with enterprise marketing operations / MarTech environments
Proven ability to run client-facing meetings and communicate complex updates clearly, under time pressure
Track record managing budget and scope on active engagements
Comfort coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority over them
Nice to Have, but Not Required
Consulting or professional services background specifically (vs. in-house PM experience)
ClickUp expertise
Exposure to platforms like Adobe Workfront or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
