Senior Marketing Technologist
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Full-time
We're the special ops team for marketing ops — the crew that gets called in when a client's vision has outrun their infrastructure. We bridge the gap between marketing and data teams for enterprise clients across Ecosystem Architecture, Marketing Sciences, Experience Operations, and Customer Strategy. Our clients include names like Delta, Home Depot, and Georgia-Pacific, and they don't come to us for theory — they come to us because we make the "impossible" ship. If you'd rather be in the trenches solving real problems than sitting in another status meeting about the problem, you'll fit right in.
This opportunity is for consultants who can move across automation platforms, integrations, and data/tracking without blinking, because that's what our client engagements demand. We build systems, not point solutions inside silos.
What You'll Own
Own technical execution across a live enterprise client's marketing ecosystem — platforms, integrations, and the connective tissue between them
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, campaign builds, and system integrations across the client's stack
Set up and troubleshoot tracking, tagging, and reporting so the data holds up under scrutiny
Translate between the client's marketing team and their data/IT counterparts — you're the bridge, not just an executor
Diagnose and fix breakdowns in the marketing tech stack before they become client-facing problems
Partner with our internal MarTech and Data teams to keep the systems aligned with the broader engagement strategies
Flag risk early — if something in the stack won't scale with this client's growth, you're the one who sees it coming, and we need to understand and make corrections before the system breaks
What You Bring
Enterprise marketing operations experience — you've consulted inside large, complex marketing tech stacks before, not just small-business setups
Working fluency across multiple pieces of the technical marketing stack: automation platforms, integrations, and data/tracking (we're not looking for a one-trick specialist)
Proven proactivity to work independently and own a workstream without a lot of hand-holding
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, client-facing consulting environment where scope can shift week to week.
Nice to Have, but Not Required
Experience with Adobe Workfront or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Relevant certifications
Prior consulting experience
Familiarity with tracking/analytics tooling
Scripting or API-level comfort for troubleshooting integrations
